Conduct in Battle

    Hold the Line - No Steamrolling

    Matches are meant to be fair and competitive. When asked to switch sides for balance, do so. VIPs are rewarded for helping stabilize the front.

    Respect Seeding Hours

    During seeding, fight only over the middle sector. No back caps, no last cap rushes. Seeding rules keep the fight alive.

    No Sabotage or Teamkilling

    Deliberate TKs, vehicle destruction, or trolling teammates will earn an immediate removal from the server.

    Play Your Role

    Follow orders from your squad lead and commander. Lone wolves cost victories.

    No Cheating or Exploiting

    Any use of cheats, macros, or map exploits = Dishonorable Discharge (permanent ban).

Conduct Off the Field

    Respect the Uniform

    No hate speech, racism, harassment, or toxic behavior. We're brothers-in-arms here.

    Radio Discipline

    Keep comms clear and mission-focused. Save politics, religion, and drama for another battlefield.

    Obey the Chain of Command

    Admins are acting Command Officers. If you disagree with an action, use the #report-a-player or #ban-appeals channels - not in-game chat.

    No Unauthorized Recruiting or Advertising

    Don't promote other clans or servers without clearance from Command.

    Wearing the 504D tag means you carry our reputation. Fight hard. Lead by example.

II. Command Code - For Admins & Officers

This section is visible to all for transparency. Our Admins serve as Officers of the 504th - enforcing order and maintaining discipline on the field.

Conduct & Ethics

    Treat every player with respect. Never argue, insult, or abuse authority.

    No Power Trips

    You are a leader, not a tyrant. Use calm judgment - not emotion.

    Warn Before You Fire

    Always issue a polite warning before punishment, unless it's an obvious, intentional offense.

    Document Every Action

    All kicks, bans, or warnings must be logged in #admin-log with: Player Name, Date, and Reason.

    No Favoritism

    504th members, VIPs, and allies are treated exactly the same as public players.

    Disputes Belong in HQ

    Handle issues in Discord, not the server chat. Never argue in public.

    Report Repeat Offenders

    Escalate problem players to Senior Command for review.

    Enforce Seeding Rules

    During seed hours, maintain balance and remind players of ROE #2.

    Stay Mission Focused

    Avoid distractions - keep matches running smooth, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

    Chain of Command

    Major disciplinary actions (bans over 24 hours, VIP removal, etc.) must go through a Senior Admin or Command review.

III. Enforcement & Discipline Guide

Verbal Warning

Used for minor first-time offenses (chat spam, comm abuse, small rule violations).

Kick

Used for repeated behavior after warning or for disruptive actions during seeding or active matches.

Temporary Ban

Used for toxic behavior, repeated seeding violations, or failure to follow admin direction.

Permanent Ban

Reserved for cheating, racism, hate speech, harassment, or intentional sabotage.

Every action is reviewed - no admin operates without accountability.

IV. Appeals & Reports

If you believe you were kicked or banned unfairly, or if you wish to report misconduct:

  • Use the #report-a-player or #ban-appeals channels in Discord.
  • Provide time, date, and screenshots if possible.
  • The case will be reviewed by the Admin Corps and final judgment issued by Command.

Transparency Clause

Everything you see here is exactly what our Admins follow. The 504th Devils believe in fairness, accountability, and community above all. If you have a concern, reach out to Command respectfully - every voice matters.
